The Bhutan Health Research Portal (BHRP) has introduced key modifications to enhance the user experience for both investigators and reviewers. These changes aim to make the system more efficient and user-friendly. All investigators are kindly requested to take note of the following updates, effective immediately: 1. Document Format Requirement: All documents must be submitted in PDF format to avoid compatibility issues across different devices and software. 2. Conflict of Interest (CoI) Declaration Form: The CoI declaration form can be downloaded from the BHRP website. Each investigator is required to complete and sign an individual CoI form. The Principal Investigator (PI) must combine all signed forms into a single PDF file before submission. 3. Curriculum Vitae (CVs): All CVs of the investigators should be combined into one single PDF file for submission. Separate submissions for each investigator will no longer be accepted. 4. Document Grouping: PIs are advised to combine documents under the same category (e.g., tools, letters, supporting materials) and submit them as a single PDF file per category. 5. Resubmission Protocol: For resubmissions, please submit the Resubmission Application Form that includes all reviewer comments along with the actions taken. All modifications must be clearly marked using a yellow highlighter within the protocol. Failure to highlight changes may be interpreted as “action not taken,” which could result in disapproval or a request for further resubmission. For any queries or further clarifications, please contact: rebhsecretary@gmail.com We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work towards improving the research review process. — REBH Secretariat |
